Actress Kangana Ranaut Allegedly Slapped by Female CISF Guard in Chandigarh Airport
Actress Kangana Ranaut, newly elected as MP, was reportedly slapped by CISF guard Kulwinder Kaur at Chandigarh airport. The incident, possibly linked to Ranaut's past remarks on Punjab farmers, prompted an inquiry and mixed reactions.
Actress Kangana Ranaut who got newly elected as MP was reportedly slapped by a CISF female guard in Chandigarh airport on Thursday.
The actress said that a female guard by the name of Kulwinder Kaur hurled abuses at her and slapped her during the security check at the airport. Kangana Ranaut was on her way to New Delhi.
During the farmer agitation in 2020 ~ 2021, Kangana allegedly misidentified a woman farmer from Punjab and called her Bilkis Bano. The octogenarian had actively participated in the CAA protests. Her earlier controversial remarks on the women of Punjab during the farmer agitation may have triggered the female cop to react in this manner.
Soon after the incident, Kangana took to social media and assured her fans that she was safe. She narrated the horrific experience at the Chandigarh airport. When the actress questioned the female guard’s behaviour, the guard responded that she supports the farmers. Kangana concluded the video by posing a question to the audience: “How do we handle the growing terrorism in Punjab ?”
