A 72-year-old retired teacher Lauren Bruzzone is trending on Twitter for all the right reasons. For a 72-year-old woman, her fitness levels are so high that she could put youngsters in the shade.
In the catchy video, you can see her pulling and pushing heavy tires, dragging heavyweights, she can lift 70 kg weights, do push-ups and much more.
Her video is truly inspiring and she is certainly offering fitness goals to all of us.

Lauren Bruzzone’s strength, determination, and dedication to her fitness goals tell us that age is indeed just a number. Believe it not she has indulged in her fitness regime for the past ten years and has stuck to her regime every single day.
Lauren’s motivating story tells us that if one abides by their fitness routine regularly there are high chances that they would be able to attain high fitness levels just like her. The key is to be committed.
Lauren’s video is so powerful and significant especially in the current times as there are plenty of youngsters who are battling health issues due to long working hours, unhealthy food choices, unhealthy lifestyle and addictions.
We are well aware that battling health conditions like diabetes, blood pressure, kidney issues at an early age are common these days. Many are high on medications. The lack of exercise is one of the key reasons and some of us are unable to create enough time and space for this. That said, Lauren’s example would certainly inspire us to follow suit.
An important tip shared by Lauren is that she practiced Yoga for many years. So, this is good news for all yoga fans. The inspiring lady has said that she doesn’t feel her age and when she’s 90 she would want to go the bathroom all by herself.
With the New Year just around the corner, Lauren coerces us to make some healthy New Year resolutions. Kudos to this lady for her “never give up” motto in life.
