CBI Takes Charge of Sushant Singh Rajput’s Mysterious and Complex Case

The Sushant Singh Rajput case is getting murkier as each day passes by. So many theories, numerous revelations, startling allegations, and inconsistencies have come up; making the case increasingly complex.
Arnab Goswami and his team have made an immense effort in covering every possible angle to the case which has undoubtedly raised questions. Only time will reveal, if these questions are even valid. The good news is that the case has been finally handed over to the CBI. So let’s hope the truth emerges and we get the answers to this twisted case.
Sushant’s case has brought the Maharashtra government under the spotlight and therefore Aditya Thackeray has released a statement which read, “I am not even remotely related to this matter. In fact, Bollywood is one of the most important parts of Mumbai city, thousands of people depend on it for their daily bread and butter. Obviously, I am closely related to many of them, and there is nothing wrong in it. Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise is not only very unfortunate but is also very tragic. Maharashtra police is investigating the matter. But those people who don’t believe in law and order are the same people who are talking in such a nonsensical manner. And while making wild allegations, are trying to mislead the investigation.”
Meanwhile the Mumbai Police has clarified its stance in the case. They explained that though Whatsapp messages had been sent by Sushant’s family highlighting that there was a threat to his life, the Mumbai Police couldn’t take necessary action as Sushant’s family had not given any written complaint. This is legally required.
The whatsapp messages were exchanged between the Deputy Commissioner of Police Paramjit Singh Dahiya and Sushant’s brother-in-law O P Singh. The actor’s family have filed serious charges against Rhea Chakraborty and her family.
Meanwhile, the bollywood fraternity has welcomed the CBI probe with open arms. Here’s how they reacted:
Raveena Tandon: “I believe it’s an important and progressive step which will ultimately take us closer to the truth. There have been several theories around Sushant’s demise; hence it’s high time this mystery gets resolved. Besides his fans and well-wishers, even as an industry, we must know the truth. We support his family and can truly understand their grief and pain. I’ve been a fan of his work and am confident that the truth shall prevail.”
Divya Dutta: Whatever it takes to unearth the truth. We should find the truth and what happened to Sushant.
Shekhar Suman: “I am very happy and I was absolutely sure about this decision. When his fans said it doesn’t seem possible, I told them, ‘So many of you are fighting and it will happen’. You can sideline the truth but you can’t hide the truth for long. It is a huge victory and we will keep following the case till its end.”
Did Sushant know anything about Disha Salian’s death? Do the “so called” friends have a role to play in this? Was this case a planned murder? Sadly, his name has been circulating on media platforms and channels ever since the news of his tragic death emerged on June 14. We hope that the CBI gives Sushant Singh’s family, friends and his loyal followers the ultimate closure and justice in this long journey of suffering. The sweet, humble and talented actor certainly deserves this dignity.
