No, not me, they called themselves immigrants on the Oscar stage. Well, I’m talking about Lupita Nyong’o and Kumail Nanjiani who were one of the Oscar presenters. While Lupita is from Kenya, Nanjiani is from Pakistan.

The opening was shaky, though later the vibrant stage performances somehow made it look charming. But, honestly we have much better expectations from the Oscars.

The most nostalgic moments took place during its ‘In Memoriam’ time. Oscar 2018 paid tribute to a bunch of stars, celebrities whom we have lost. Notably, Indian actor Sridevi who had a shocking death just days ago, also has been included.
