Zeenat Aman’s Amusing Travel Anecdote on Instagram Resonates with Audiences

Zeenat Aman shares interesting posts and photographs frequently on her IG profile. It was only recently that she joined Instagram. 

Audiences love her amusing and captivating posts as she always has something new and refreshing to share. The ‘Qurbani’ actress has a whopping 316 K followers on Insta. 

We get to relish Zeenat’s diverse personality through her varied captions and write-ups. 

In her posts she discusses movies, her experiences in Bollywood, her favourite actors, fashion, poems, parenthood, pets and more. 

The actress was holidaying in Goa when she published her latest post and photograph. . 

She captioned the photo, “An easy breezy afternoon in Goa with good food, a glass of wine and my family.”

In the post she described her approach to travelling. She said, “I used to be the sort of traveller who packed their itinerary with “must sees”, “must visits” and “must dos”. It was a great strategy in my youth, and allowed me to explore the world with my sons!”

Her approach to travelling has changed now. It has become more relaxed and easy going. 

She further wrote, “Now I am much more relaxed in my approach to travel. Lazy breakfasts, catching up on my reading, playing board games, getting a massage, stepping out for a meal, watching a good show… these take priority over any chaotic bucket list.”

Speaking of her travelling stories, Zeenat shared a fascinating travel anecdote. This was when she travelled to Rome, the capital city of Italy in 2005 with her sons. 

She wrote, “Having seen the Colosseum, we were now seated in a lovely cafe in one of the city’s beautiful piazzas. At the corner of the square, an Italian busker was playing the accordion. As I spooned gelato into my mouth, I heard the unmistakable notes of ‘Yaadon ki Baaraat’! I looked up, and the busker walked over the cobble stone streets to serenade our table. I was so charmed by the moment, that I emptied my wallet into his hat! To this day, I’m not sure whether he recognised me or was just playing a Bollywood tune for the Indian family at the piazza!”
