The Teaser of The Family Man Season 2 is Out and It Seems Intriguing

The teaser of the second season of the popular web series ‘The Family Man’ is out. The new series features Telugu actress Samantha Akkineni who’ll be making her digital debut. Sharib Hashmi, Shreya Dhanwanthary, and Priyamani will reprise their roles from the first season. 

The web series revolves around Srikant Tiwari (Manoj Bajpai); a middle-class family man. He is secretly working as an intelligence officer for the fictional Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC); a part of the National Intelligence Agency.

He is a married man with two kids. Besides following his adventurous duties in his job, the plot also highlights how Srikant struggles to strike a balance between his high-pressure job and playing the role of a father and a husband.

The new teaser is interesting and infuses the audience with a large degree of suspense. It appears that Manoj Bajpai who plays Srikant Tiwari is missing. All are in search of him beginning with his wife Suchitra. 

Next, his daughter is seen complaining about the differences in her parents’ marriage however she expresses that this was no reason for him to leave them alone. Not only Srikant’s family, but even his colleagues are also in search of him. 

At the work front, Srikant’s boss Dalip Tahil is counting on Srikant for supposedly a big mission. “We fear there's a dangerous coalition taking place. And we need you right now. Can I count you in?” his boss expresses. And with this, we finally catch a glimpse of ‘The Family Man’ in the teaser. 

‘The Family Man 1’ series was pretty intriguing and garnered amazing reviews. It showed that Moosa (Neeraj Madhav) is near to succeeding in his evil plan. He has set up a chemical plant with the aim to spread toxic gases and kill people in Delhi within two hours.  Zoya (Shreya Dhanwanthary) and Milind (Sunny Hinduja) try to stop the leakage inside the plant however the gases begin to spread. The second season will start where the first season ended and viewers can expect a lot of surprises in this season too.  The second season will premiere on Amazon Prime video on February 12.
