Teen Stabbed by Boyfriend in Bangalore, Cops on Search for Accused

A woman in Bangalore was stabbed by her boyfriend who went missing after the incident. The woman 22, a vlogger from Assam was killed in a service apartment in Indiranagar. Police reached the spot and recovered the body however, the accused boyfriend is absconding.
As per reports, the woman was stabbed by a knife multiple times and then fled the scene. The victim worked in a private firm in Bangalore and the accused Aarav Harni was also working in Bangalore. His residence address shows Kerela however, he could not be traced in that state. The couple moved into the apartment on Saturday and the murder was committed on Sunday.
The incident was highlighted when one of Maya’s friends couldn't get to her and she grew concerned over her whereabouts. She called the police and asked them to look for Maya. Indiranagar police arrived at the sight and found her lying in a pool of blood. CCTV footage showed the couple entering the premises of the service apartment with a smiling face.
“Only Maya and Aarav were in the apartment at the time of the incident,”. “The body has been sent for autopsy, and her family members have been informed. A case has been registered under BNS Section 103 (murder), and a manhunt has been launched to apprehend the accused,” claimed Inspector Sudarshan from Indiranagar Police Station.
The police also claimed that Aarav spent the night next to the lifeless body and smoked cigarettes before fleeing in the morning. Aarav left the apartment on Tuesday morning after he managed to book a cab.
