Former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen pens a heartfelt note on Instagram to celebrate her daughter Renee Sen’s 25th Birthday. Renee has decided to pursue Bollywood as her career, just like her mom.
Actress Sushmita Sen took to Instagram and penned a heartwarming note for her eldest daughter Renee Sen, who turned 25 on Wednesday.
She shared a beautiful Insta post with interesting videos and throwback photos of Sushmita's daughters Renee and Alisah Sen.
There is also a snap of Sushmita Sen holding Renee in her arms when she was just a baby on the cover of ‘Femina.’

Sushmita won Miss Universe in 1994. She made the bold decision to become a single mother at the age of twenty-four. She adopted Renee in 2000, and in 2010, she adopted her second daughter, Alisah.
“The wisest decision I made at the age of 24 was to become a mother. It stabilized my life. People think it was a great act of charity and wonderful action but it was self-preservation. It was me protecting myself”, the actress once said during an interaction with FICCI Hyderabad.
Coming to Renee Sen, she made her acting debut with a short film in 2021.
Renee Sen has decided to pursue Bollywood as a career, just like her mother. She worked as an Intern assistant director (AD) in Vicky Kaushal's latest film, Bad Newz. In a gratitude post on Instagram, she shared her experience of working on the sets. She explained that working on the sets gave her hands-on experience that was equivalent to attending a film school or even more. She also disclosed that she made some amazing friends for life while working.

During a conversation with Instant Bollywood, Renee revealed that she would soon be making an appearance on the big screen, as she is currently auditioning for several roles.
