Maroon 5 has launched their latest track titled ‘Girls Like You’. Just like Maroon 5’s other tracks, this one is catchy too. The interesting video features some of the most prominent women.
‘Girls Like You’ is catchy however the icing on the cake is that the video features some of the most established women from a variety of backgrounds. What is the video about?
A lot of creativity has gone into making the video interesting. Adam Levine takes the center stage with a mic. The video that keeps revolving shows Adam singing, while the women who are standing behind or beside him keep changing. That for me was the most striking aspect of the video, because you get to identify and watch your favorite lady beautifully grooving to the beat.
Each woman has her own unique style whether she is the Olympian Aly Raisman or the race car driver Danica Patrick. They are all seen enjoying their moment. Rapper Cardi B comes in and raps for a short while in a mustard ensemble. Creators of the video have been inclusive as they’ve included women from varied ethnicities, races, and identities. The objective of the song is to pay homage and tribute to all the awesome women who’ve made a difference in their respective industries through their talent and work. The lyrics of the song are kept simple and it revolves around a guy wooing a special woman.
Another delightful aspect of the video is that it concludes with Adam Levine hugging his wife and model Behati Prinsloo along with their daughter. It is wonderful to see the singer appreciating the special moment with his own family. This is not the first time that Maroon 5 has collaborated for this star-studded cameo.

Maroon 5 has created a comfortable place for itself in the industry that even big names don’t hesitate to collaborate with the popular band.
