Jennifer Aniston fondly remembered her co-star and friend, Matthew Perry, on his first death anniversary.

The actress shared a monochrome picture on her IG profile, where she’s seen posing with Matthew, and making goofy faces. The pic was taken from the sets of popular sitcom ‘FRIENDS.’ She simply captioned the post, “1 year” coupled with heart and dove emojis.

Matthew Perry, popularly known as Chandler Bing, passed away on October 28, 2023, due to acute effects of Ketamine while drowning and coronary artery disease were additional contributing factors that led to his death.

Jennifer’s post links to the Matthew Perry Foundation established in his name. The foundation helps people struggling with addiction.

In another lovely snap, Matthew is seen kissing her forehead on the Central Perk set. The third picture captures the whole cast of FRIENDS standing in a friend circle. The last image captures Matthew displaying his charming signature smile.

Matthew Perry’s stepfather, Keith Morrison, told PEOPLE that the actor’s final wish was to be remembered “for helping other people, more than his famousness for Friends. That has now become our mission in life is to carry that wish on.”
