Pyeongchang 2018 is making blazing news headlines all over! The multi-sport event hosted by the county of Pyeongchang, South Korea initiated on the 8th of February and will continue till 25th of the month! Let’s take a look at the hottest flicks of Pyeongchang Winter Olympics 2018!

Ireen Wust, the Dutch woman missed gold in speed skating in 3000 meters. But Wust made it in the 1500 meters striking the gold. She exclaimed, “Only gold is the one that counts for me”. Indeed!

Shaun White from USA, a two-time Olympic gold medalist snowboarder and skateboarder disclosed to media that he was quite frustrated with his performance in the last Olympics, therefore, quite excited in the Pyeongchang games. He posted on Instagram his day off relaxation moment as he awaits his halfpipe semifinals.

Miho Takagi from Japan seemed quite disappointed after settling for the silver in the 1500 meters in speed skating. Although, the coach of this 23 year old was observed praising her performance.

At the moment, Germany is leading the medal table at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics with 4 golds, 1 silver and 2 bronzes. United States is in the 3rd position with total 6 medals including 3 golds. The 2nd position is acquired by Netherlands with 7 medals.
