Here’s Why Auto Driver Rajesh in Bengaluru is Going Viral

An auto driver in Bengaluru has gone viral because of his initiative to equip his auto with different goodies for the benefit of his customers.

This is to soothe customers when the traffic in the city becomes unbearable.

The driver whose name is Rajesh has kept sanitizers, bandages, biscuits, water bottles, Coffey Bites chocolates and so on for his customers.

One of the customers named Uttam Kashyap shared a post on Twitter describing Rajesh and his one of a kind auto.

“Meet Rajesh, an auto owner in Bengaluru. He kept sanitizers, bandages (band-aids), biscuits, water bottles and some coffee (coffee) Bites chocolate for his travellers”, he tweeted.

The user added, “He told me that the customer is everything to him. Kudos to Rajesh... he made my Friday with his unconditional gesture.”

Many followers liked Uttam’s  post which has collected over 1000 likes. The post has also received numerous comments.

One user wrote, “Amazing customer service. I would gladly tip someone like him.”

Another wrote, “It's really praiseworthy of Rajesh to think about passenger comforts and services. But a word of immense caution to him. What I feel is Rajesh might be a good hearted man, but there are so many of them who have other intentions. we have read and heard numerous times about food..”

A third user wrote, “We need a lot of people like him if we bring out innovative solutions to their problems we can go on a development spree.”

Many appreciated the auto driver for his kind and thoughtful gesture as there are many in the city who face unpleasant experiences with public transport drivers. Getting an auto in this fast paced city is becoming difficult by the day.

There are many who don’t oblige and some are rude but acts like these go a long way in building good customer relationships. After all, which customer wouldn’t love to hop onto a pleasant and joyful driving experience ?
