Fast Food Lover Donald Trump Says Exercise is a Waste of Energy
A staff of White House on condition of anonymity has also said that the US President's love for the fast food compels him to order fast food to be delivered in the White House and he also enjoys nicely made red meat dinners.
US President Donald Trump who is also known for his love for fast food, does not follow physicians' diet plan and does not exercise, the White House staffs inform. Though after his annual physical examination this year his chief physician declared that the President is in very good health.
After a full four hour of poking, prodding and testing as part of the US President’s annual medical checkup at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in the Washington suburb, Chief Physician Sean Conley said in a statement, “I am happy to announce the President of the United States is in very good health and I anticipate he will remain so for the duration of his presidency, and beyond”.
Though after taking over the Oval office more than a year ago, the President was given a diet and exercise plan, after it was found that the 72-year-old US President, has a very bad medical report with high cholesterol and complicated reports that confirms has a common form of heart disease. But he did not follow any word of advice given to him.
Hogan Gidley, Principal Deputy White House Press Secretary said, “The President received a diet and exercise plan last year after his annual physical, but he admits he has not followed it religiously”.
More than 10 White House staffs and sources very close to Donald Trump has agreed that he is very reluctant to change his eating habits and has never set foot inside the fitness room and gym, saying exercise as a “waste of the energy”. He has often described his chief exercise as walking around the compound of the White House and standing up at the public events.
A staff of White House on condition of anonymity has also said that the US President's love for the fast food compels him to order fast food to be delivered in the White House and he also enjoys nicely made red meat dinners. Ronny Jackson, who was President’s physician last year, also confirmed then, that the President was “more enthusiastic about the diet part than the exercise part, we’re going to do both”.
One also can remember, last month when the Clemson University football team visited the White House, President Trump hosted them with a spread of burgers, fries and chicken nuggets from a variety of fast food chains, which also proves his love for indisciplined eating.
