Family Members of the Bachchan Family Are Stable and Recovering
News of Aishwarya Rai and her eight-year-old daughter Aradhya contracting the coronavirus has come to the fore.
The news of Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan contracting coronavirus has come as a great shock to fans worldwide. They were taken to Nanavati Hospital on Saturday.
Just a day after their diagnosis, news of Aishwarya Rai and her eight-year-old daughter Aradhya contracting the virus has come to the fore. Both of them are asymptomatic.
Aishwarya Rai and her daughter are under quarantine in their home in Mumbai whereas Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan are still in Nanavati Hospital.
Amitabh Bachchan is currently is in the isolation unit of the hospital. A source at the hospital told Indianexpress on Monday morning that Amitabh and Abhishek are stable. They have mild symptoms and their oxygen levels are normal.
The residence of the Bachchan family including three other family bungalows have been sealed. Banners stating “containment zone” have been put up outside Amitabh’s house. The actor has requested everyone who was in contact with him for the past 10 days to get themselves tested.
Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan’s co-star in ‘Breathe 2’- Amit Sadh has been tested negative for Coronavirus.
