Ayesha Curry and Stephen Welcomed a Sweet Little Baby Boy in the Family
Ayesha and Stephen’s third child is born and the baby boy is named Canon. Ayesha had been through a difficult pregnancy but now, both the mother and the child are completely healthy.
Congratulations! It’s a cute little baby boy. All our love is for Canon who recently peeped into the lives of Ayesha Curry and Stephen Curry. The munchkin baby boy is named Canon W. Jack Curry. The duo is super excited about their third child and Instagram is getting flooded with the pictures of the newborn. Just after the NBA Championship, it’s another good news that Stephen announced on Wednesday that he feels blessed to share the very first shot of his newly born angel.
July has been a lucky month for the family as 5 years back on July 19th their lives were filled with the gracious entry of her princess, Riley. Ryan is their second child who is 2 years old now also shares the same birthday month with her siblings. The third child was born on 2nd July.
Ayesha’s Insta shares clearly speak how she is emotionally touched as she shares a beautiful black and white capture of the big sisters spending time with Canon. The innocence in that single picture is basically a treat for the eye and soul. As per sources, Canon joined the family before the delivery date. Surely, the tiny tot couldn’t wait long to be a part of this beautiful family.
The pregnancy news
Earlier in February, the couple shared the big news on Instagram showing off that cute baby bump. Ayesha made a point to present the news to the social media while acing on the fashion game. She chose to wear a T-shirt that said “Preggers”. It was a beautiful pregnancy snap where she was looking at her baby belly. This same T-shirt was chosen by Beyonce while she was pregnant and waiting for her twins.
They did not reveal the sex of their child
The couple was very clear about not revealing the sex of the child before the big announcement. Steph was very particular about keeping things natural and accept the gift without poking any prior interest over the sexual status of the upcoming child. As reported, the sexual orientation of the child was stored on their phone since February this year. But Steph said that he strictly asked Ayesha not to see that because they did not believe in finding out beforehand and wanted to enjoy the moment. Ayesha is a planner while Steph was ready to get the surprise in the delivery room. Steph had done his research on both cases and heard stories from both ends who knew it earlier and form people who got a surprise. He chose the second option while Ayesha was insistent on planning prior.

Life seems to be a fairy tale when you see this beautiful family in front of your eyes. Both Ayesha and Stephen were in their teens. That was the first time the two young souls met. It was in North Carolina and both went to the house of God and met for the first time. They were in the church youth group but that was not the moment went sparks flew among the two. Years later, they again met in Los Angeles. While Stephen was there to attend the ESPY Award, Ayesha was there in search of opportunities that will give a boost to her acting career. Soon after they met in Los Angeles, they started dating each other. The duo decided to take the relationship forward and finally decided to tie the knot in 2011.
The journey of parenthood
Ayesha confirmed that the journey of having the third child was not that easy. The 29-year-old said that the prenatal journey was not as smooth as expected and she had been in the state of nausea now and then. She mentioned she always used to feel tired and getting a proper sleep was tough. She had to go to pee frequently and the feeling was not pleasant at all. As per the doctors, her symptoms were of Hyperemesis. In the state of Hyperemesis, the feeling of nausea and exhaustion would persist and she needs to face it until the delivery. She was not able to stand any smell and refrained from cooking. She also had been facing serious morning sickness that kept her tired for the rest of the day. She remained disturbed to a great extent. She takes mental illness in a very serious note and she can’t probably state this as depression. All she could say is that she remained very sad at times and could do nothing to improve the situation. Reports said, since January, she had been to the hospital five times.
The situation was not very positive for Ayesha and she was in search of inspirations that can shift her mood from the disturbed health. She got to know that Kate Middleton had been through the same symptoms while she was pregnant. But that probably did not give her solace as she wasn’t feeling half a bit of royal at that moment. The only silver lining to the whole situation was, her baby was healthy. Just like every mother, at this stage, these golden words could only melt away all the pain and suffering that a woman goes during motherhood. Ayesha was no different and hearing her baby is healthy made her feel better.
This family five might get an extension later, as Ayesha giggled and said that Steph can even say yes to three more kids in the future. A year back Ayesha said that Steph has been insisting him to get another baby. Steph wished for a baby boy as he is already princess’ daddy now and eagerly wanting to become the superhero dad for his boy. For one whole year, Steph had been with this idea when Ayesha Curry finally gave a nod and the couple started their planning for Canon. Now, when Canon is here, we can simply imagine how excited Stephen Curry is as his dream is now a beautiful reality.
