Shark Tank India is back with Season 2. The entrepreneurship-based show witnessed a sweeping success in Season 1, and here is all you need to know.
Shark Tank India's first season was a sensation. Unlike other reality shows, this one wasn't centered around celebrities and their glamorous lifestyles. People like us, trying to start their own businesses, were featured in the stories. Watching someone like them fulfill their dreams is what touches the Indian audience the most.
As Season 1 was a sweeping success, they hope to create a similar phenomenon with Season 2. On Tuesday, Sony Entertainment Television released the first promo for season 2, which features many of the original sharks and a new one as well.
The CarDekho Group's CEO & CoFounder, Amit Jain, shared the clip on Linkedin, expressing how thrilled he is to be part of the shark gang.
To build a new India, Jain looks forward to mentoring budding entrepreneurs.
Last season, Ashneer Grover gained a large fan following with his truth bombs and meme-worthy statements. However, he won't be making a comeback this year. Along with him, Ghazal Alagh also will be missed.
Obviously, people are not happy with this decision
Ashneer Grover is not there in the new season of #SharkTankIndia.
