Lady Gaga to Launch Her Own Beauty Line “Haus Beauty”

Lady Gaga is on the road to launching her own makeup brand called "Haus Beauty". There are many artists who have come up with a beauty brand of their own, but it would be great to see how a celebrity who is known for coming up with unconventional looks and experiments with makeup become a beauty mogul.

Lady Gaga’s company, Ate My Heart Inc., filed a trademark for a new cosmetic brand in February 2018 called "Haus Beauty". This beauty loving singer will surely take the world by a storm with her brand of makeup. It looks like she is following in the footsteps of celebs like Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez by launching her own thing.

The "Haus Beauty" trademark covers cosmetics (think: foundations, blush, lipstick, lip gloss, eyeliner, eyeshadow, highlighter, bronzer and nail polish), unisex fragrance and even skincare like cleansers, toners, scrubs, moisturizer, masks, wipes, sunscreen and more.

The singer with a wild sense of fashion and beauty looks will surely have something different and off-beat that will create a trend among beauty and makeup lovers.

It seems Gaga was leaving hints in her Instagram posts about the project she was getting into. She had posted some pictures related to beauty and used hashtags like #haus, #hausofgaga, and #hauseditorials.

There has been no official confirmation from the songstress as of yet.

"Haus Beauty" will be Gaga’s first makeup line. However, she has a lot of experience in the beauty line. Along with Coty, she launched a dark floral fragrance in 2012 and created lipsticks and glosses for Mac in 2009 and 2010. This was done for Mac’s Viva Glam charity campaign to raise funds for AIDS research.

Other celebrities with their own beauty lines

Jessica Alba started her own line in 2012 called the Honest Company which sells products that are free from toxic and harmful ingredients.

Salma Hayek started her hair and makeup line in 2015.

Iman started her own beauty and makeup line-Iman cosmetics, for women with colored skin.

Kim Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian launched their makeup line in 2012 and after its success, they branched out into hair products too.
