While the world is eagerly waiting to witness the ‘Royal Wedding of the year’ which will be held on May 19, most ‘royal fans’ are curious to know who the lucky maid of honor is. And most likely, Meghan Markle’s long time BFF- Jessica Mulroney has made into the list.
It’s believed that the pair met each other when Meghan Markle moved to Los Angeles when she got her breakout role in the legal drama ‘Suites.’ They took to each other during a Yoga session and the bond escalated from there. The pair is supposedly so close, that Markle invited just two confidantes for the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games. One is her mother Doria and the other is Jessica.

Jessica Mulroney is a well connected stylist and a bridal consultant. She does PR and consulting for the Canadian branch of Kleinfeld. In addition to this she provides bridal styling services. She has a degree in industrial relations from McGill University. She appears regularly for the Canadian talk show Cityline as a lifestyle expert. Jessica is married to former Canadian Prime Minister-Brian Mulroney’s son – Ben Mulroney. Jessica and Brian have known each other since they were teenagers. Ben Mulroney is a popular television host and is best known for hosting etalk which is a famous entertainment news program. The couple have three children- twins Brain and John who are 7 years old and daughter Isabel who is of 4 years.

She, along with her three sister-in-laws launched the ‘Shoebox project’ that distributes items like socks, shampoo, chocolate, skincare products, sunscreen and gift cards to women who are homeless in the United States and Canada. The ‘Shoebox project’ has distributed over 91,000 boxes in the last seven years. Meghan Markle even wore a bracelet that benefited the organization while visiting Harry at a Polo match.

The pair took a girl’s trip to Amalfi coast and clicked numerous photographs which were updated in their respective Instagram accounts.
Jessica has become the face of the “perfect mom, perfect family lifestyle brand” in Canada and the talented woman is currently assisting Meghan to take all key decisions regarding the wedding.
